CentOS 7 系统上安装pandas遇到错误，输出如下：
Found existing installation: numpy 1.7.1 ERROR: Cannot uninstall ‘numpy’. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.
解决方案：
rpm -q numpy
numpy-1.7.1-13.el7.x86_64
yum remove numpy-1.7.1-13.el7.x86_64
pip install pandas
